Do you think that the principle of strict liability could be applied to claims for damages in gas flaring cases, without proof of physical injuries suffered by the plaintiffs and or damage caused to their environment?. Could the requirement of proof of damage or injury be said to have been met by proof of hazardous effects of flared gas on both human lives and environment?. Thank you .

I have got one recommendation for your site. It appears like there are a few cascading stylesheet issues when opening a selection of web pages in google chrome and internet explorer. It is working alright in internet explorer. Probably you can double check that.
